Chaukori

Chaukori, 45 km beyond Bageshwar, is closer to an airport - Naini Saini Pithoragarh, 112 km away - than to a railhead - Kathgodam, 214 km, but it is easily accessible by road. Chaukori is famous for its natural beauty, sunsets and sunrises. Views from here are particularly spectacular, and the view of the Himalayan peaks is a splendid sight.
