Somnathpur

Thirty five km east of Mysore, in the small village of Somnathpur is the exquisite temple of Hoysala. This 13th century star-shaped temple has the shrines named after Orasanna, Chennakeshava and is considered to be the latest and best preserved example of Hoysala architecture.
